The Charles Schwab Corporation has announced that its income from continuing operations (which excludes U.S. Trust) was $305 million for the first quarter of 2008, up 29% from the first quarter of 2007.

  • Schwab Investor Services serves millions of individual investors, savers and borrowers through the schwab.com website, phone services and more than 300 U.S. branch offices, plus international and multicultural services.
  • Schwab Institutional provides custodial, operational and trading services for more than 5,000 independent investment advisors.
  • Schwab Corporate & Retirement Services administers retirement plans, equity compensation plans and other services for companies of all sizes.
