We also joined forces with Financial Engines, Inc., and mPower.com, Inc., to help give SchwabPlan participants personalized recommendations on the investments available through their respective plans. One of the biggest votes of confidence we could receive comes from SchwabPlan participants who retire or change jobs: nearly half of them put their balances into IRA rollover accounts at Schwab.
