What You Can Expect
Initial Screening
If you have the qualities and experience we’re looking for, a Schwab recruiter will conduct a preliminary phone interview to help us learn more about your background and interests. This is also an opportunity for you to learn more about the job and ask questions.
Interviews
After the initial screening, you may be invited for an in-person interview. Because Schwab places great value on relationships and is a team-oriented environment, you may be asked to meet with a variety of people, including the hiring manager, potential colleagues and business partners. These different perspectives all contribute to our evaluation and help you determine if Schwab is the place for you. The in-person interview also gives you the opportunity to share detailed information about your previous experience. We want to learn about your interests and what appeals to you about joining Schwab. Feel free to ask questions – this is your opportunity to learn more about working at Schwab!
