Transitioning from college to a job at Schwab allows you to build your career, develop professionally, and make a difference in the lives of our clients and our communities.

Campus Recruiting

Schwab recruiters visit campuses across the United States – presenting at career fairs, speaking to clubs and associations and providing company information sessions.

We host recruiting events at local and regional schools for full-time positions located primarily in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Ohio and Texas.

Schwab also offers 10-week paid internships during the summer in various company departments at select locations. These opportunities, when available, are posted on our Job Search tool under keyword "Intern," usually from March to April. The number of positions and availability may vary year to year.

"When I saw Schwab recruiters would be attending the Career Fair on my campus I took a chance and interviewed with the 'Schwabbies.' Everything fell into place from there. I was able to secure a job that was to start a few weeks after graduation. Since then, I have assimilated to the Schwab culture, which I must say, is truly unique."
