Schwab employees help out in the community

Schwab designates one day in May as Schwab Volunteer Day, giving employees time off from work to volunteer for community nonprofits. This day is a celebration of Schwab values: Fairness, Empathy, Responsiveness, Striving, Teamwork and Trust.

During the most recent Schwab Volunteer Day, more than 1,700 Schwab employees spent over 7,000 hours of work at 65 community service projects. In addition to this national employee volunteer day, Schwab employees also help community organizations year-round.
