Tina Perrino-Valenzuela

Tina Perrino-Valenzuela is responsible for the insurance and annuities product line and support services offered through both the retail and institutional channels. In this role, Perrino-Valenzuela is responsible for product development, marketing and operations, and she manages the strategic partner relationships.

Previously, Perrino-Valenzuela was vice president & senior counsel to Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. She provided legal support services to the proprietary Schwab mutual funds and served as liaison to the independent Boards on corporate governance matters.

Before joining Schwab in 1994, Perrino-Valenzuela worked at North American Security Life in Boston for five years. She held a number of executive positions including chief counsel providing strategic advice, and legal and administrative services to four affiliated financial services companies. She began her career as an attorney at Manhattan Life Insurance Company.

Perrino-Valenzuela earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor at the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the States of Ohio and Massachusetts and holds Series 7, 24 and 66 licenses.
