Andrew Salesky leads Digital Advisor Solutions which has responsibility for managing the suite of technology platforms used by more than 7,500 Registered Investment Advisors that custody assets with Schwab. This group is a core component of our Digital Services team, reporting to our Chief Digital Officer.

Prior to this role, Salesky established Global Data Solutions and served as Schwab’s initial Global Data Officer. This role followed serving as Schwab’s branch network leader, managing more than 2,000 employees in more than 300 branches nationwide. Prior roles include launching Schwab’s retail franchise model (Independent Branch Services), leading Schwab’s online and mobile efforts (Platform Services), creating Schwab’s first fee-based advice offer (Schwab Private Client), and developing the first revenue-sharing referral model for affiliated fee-based advisors (Schwab Advisor Network). 

Prior to joining Schwab in 1995, Salesky was a Senior Engagement Manager in the San Francisco office of McKinsey & Co., Inc.  Salesky earned his bachelors and masters degrees in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University.  In addition, he earned his master’s in business administration as an Arjay Scholar from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.  He lives in San Rafael, CA with his wife Christine and 2 children, Madeleine and Nicholas.
