Nichole: My name is Nichole Stinson, and I am a broker.

Nichole [off-screen]: So, I don't have a finance background. I actually come from a background in healthcare education. So, coming to Schwab, that transition was a little bit challenging, since I've never had experience in the finance industry.

Nichole [off-screen]: But Schwab really made it a point to give me adequate training, leverage different resources for me to turn to when I had questions, and I really felt like I was knowledgeable whenever I did my first day on the floor.

Nichole [off-screen]: There's a lot of clients out there that—just like myself—don't have finance backgrounds. They don't know the answers to all the questions that they have, and the forms that they receive can be challenging at times. So, it's important that we help them get the answers that they need.

Nichole [onscreen]: Schwab is a great place to work, because I think they promote individuality.

Nichole [onscreen]: I think they really make an attempt to observe your goals or listen to your wants and needs. So, if your goal is to be within leadership, they'll do everything they can to pair you with the people and the resources that you need in order to achieve that goal.
