Executive Vice President, Enterprise Marketing, Analytics and Insights
Andrew “Andy” Gill leads Schwab’s Enterprise Marketing, Analytics and Insights organization, which includes Schwab’s enterprise marketing teams; analytics and business insight professionals; Schwab Center for Financial Research and Schwab community services teams. He is accountable for building the Charles Schwab brand and fueling growth through communication and outreach to clients, prospects and the communities we represent and serve. He leads U.S. and international marketing functions including investor insights, analytics and content development.
Gill also provides leadership to the Schwab Center for Financial Research, which provides top-quality research, timely market insight and practical guidance to help investors and registered investment advisors make better decisions. Additionally, Gill is responsible for Schwab’s community services organization, which oversees Schwab’s corporate philanthropy and employee volunteer programs that aim to strengthen the communities where Schwab operates.
Prior to this role, Gill held many executive leadership roles at Schwab including executive vice president of Schwab’s Client Solutions where he led development of Schwab’s core product and discretionary advisory solutions and Schwab’s market insight and guidance, executive vice president and co-leader of Investor Services where he was responsible for driving growth of Schwab’s retail enterprise and executive vice president Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc. where he led growth strategies and efforts in distributing Schwab Funds®, Laudus Funds® and Schwab ETFs™.
Gill has served in numerous other leadership roles across the organization including fixed income organization, retail pricing, products, services and delivery channel strategies, and Schwab’s Trading Services group.
Prior to joining Schwab, he was chief marketing officer at Cofiniti, a wealth management software company serving financial service institutions and at Rx.com, an online pharmacy. Gill also held various roles at Genesco, Inc., a men’s wholesale and retail footwear company and at Procter and Gamble in sales management and brand management.
Gill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from Wake Forest University, Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
