Executive Vice President, Client and Marketing Solutions
Jonathan M. Craig serves as Executive Vice-President for Client and Marketing Solutions at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
In this capacity, he is responsible for supporting the growth and success of the firm with breakthrough products, solutions, and communications. He oversees many of Schwab’s product platforms including mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, managed account solutions, alternative investments, insurance services, cash and margin lending products. He also oversees the Investing Solutions group that offers a variety of discretionary portfolio management solutions through Charles Schwab Investment Advisory, Windhaven Investment Management and Thomas Partners, Inc. Craig maintains accountability for all marketing and corporate communications functions, as well as Schwab Charitable, The Schwab Center for Financial Research, and the Charles Schwab Foundation
Since joining Schwab in 2000, he has held a variety of roles driving growth for the franchise. From 2012 to 2017, he was Chief Marketing Officer with accountability for all Schwab marketing, corporate communications, and analytics. He maintains those accountabilities in his current role. He also served as Chief of Staff to Charles R. Schwab, founder and chairman of The Charles Schwab Corporation.
Prior to joining Schwab, Craig was employed with AT&T, where he held a variety of management positions in marketing, advertising and sales.
Craig received a master's degree in Marketing and Finance from the University of California, Berkeley, and an undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. In addition, Craig has completed Executive Education courses at the Harvard Business School, University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and the University of Virginia Graduate School of Business.
