"I chose Schwab because of the firm's mission to focus on clients, and I want to focus on making a difference for young women interested in finding a career in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM)."
As senior vice president of Schwab Technology Services, Renee Schroeder has assembled an impressive portfolio of work. Renee has been at Schwab less than two years, and has already found her niche working with female employees to help them find their best path forward.
Renee has a degree in petroleum engineering from Texas A&M, and a master of science in industrial engineering from St. Mary's University and made the move into technology after working for several years in the engineering world. She focuses on helping people find the right career path and encourages them to work in technology.
In her spare time, Renee enjoys watching college sports, reading, and enjoying time with her family.
