“I chose Schwab because of the opportunities.  It’s a chance to innovate in a collaborative culture, to positively impact customers and to grow personally and professionally.

It was the focus on the client that first attracted Linda Albornoz to Schwab.  After graduating from Rice University and a successful career at several other large corporations, Linda says it was the vision of Schwab and the technology work that caused her to make the switch.

Linda oversees teams that focus on product management and delivery, finding Schwab’s culture of collaboration to be a great fit.  She says she has also been impressed to see so many female leaders at Schwab and knows there is growth and potential for other women at the organization.

In her spare time, Linda loves working out with activities like rock climbing and boxing, spending time with her family and learning more about her new city, Austin after relocating from New York City.

That’s Linda’s Schwab Story. What’s yours? Start your job search today.
