Alison Dooher is a member of the Advisor Services Leadership Team and has spent more than two decades working with and in service to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
She leads Schwab Advisor Services' enterprise-wide AI strategy, focused on turning AI into measurable advantages and differentiation for the advisory firms Schwab serves. Her organization takes a coordinated approach to building advisor-facing capabilities, enabling an open ecosystem for the industry, and delivering the enterprise connectivity that brings it all together.
Prior to this role, Dooher led the Wealth Services and Platforms organization, where she was responsible for expanding how Schwab supports advisory firms through wealth products, services, and technology. She was a driving force behind Schwab's AI strategy before stepping into this dedicated leadership role.
Since joining Schwab in 1999, Dooher has served in a variety of leadership roles across the firm with a consistent focus on serving advisors and driving innovation, including leading Digital Advisor Solutions, advisor onboarding and servicing, and institutional trading.
Dooher earned a bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and holds FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, 57, 63, 65, and 99 registrations.
