Alison Dooher is a member of the Advisor Services Leadership Team and has spent more than two decades working with and in service to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).

She leads an integrated organization focused on expanding how Schwab supports advisory firms — bringing together wealth products, offers, services, and technology to help RIAs grow, deepen client relationships, and operate with greater scale and efficiency.

Her organization spans both Schwab proprietary platforms and third-party integrations, reflecting a strategic focus on going beyond custody to deliver more connected solutions for advisors and the firms that support them. In this role, Dooher is helping shape how Schwab strengthens its relationships across the advisor ecosystem through a unified approach to product and technology innovation.

Since joining Schwab in 1999, Dooher has served in a variety of leadership roles across the firm with a consistent focus on serving advisors and driving innovation. Most recently, she led Digital Advisor Solutions, overseeing technology platforms for RIAs. Her previous experience also includes leadership roles in advisor onboarding and servicing, supporting new advisor firms, and institutional trading.

Dooher earned a bachelor’s degree from Wake Forest University and holds FINRA Series 7, 9/10, 24, 57, 63, 65, and 99 registrations.
