Jalina is responsible for shaping the client experience for Schwab Advisor Services, which serves more than 16,000 registered investment advisors who trust Schwab with the safekeeping of over $4.5 trillion in client assets.
She leads strategy, technology, and wealth management solutions designed to meet the dynamic needs of RIAs—the fastest growing segment of the financial services industry.
Prior to her current role, Jalina held positions across Schwab in client service delivery, operations, advisors in transition, strategy, and technology. She began her career at Schwab in 1994 on the Advisor Services trading desk and has worked with independent advisors for over three decades.
In 2016, AZ Business Magazine recognized Jalina as one of Arizona's Most Influential Women. She serves on the Board of the Arizona Women's Leadership Forum and holds a bachelor's degree in communications along with her Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 63 registrations.
