Jess Bramhall

Jess Bramhall leads the function that provides an independent and objective appraisal of the company's business operations and helps the company meet its commitment to operating discipline.

Prior to becoming General Auditor, Jess spent ten years in Schwab’s Internal Audit organization, overseeing corporate and risk management audits. Before joining Schwab, she held various roles across internal audit, sustainability reporting advisory, assurance, enterprise risk, and systems implementation at Janus Henderson, EY, Deloitte, and Accenture.

She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University, majoring in Integrated Science & Technology with a concentration in Environmental Science & Engineering and Manufacturing. She holds a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
