Stanford wins Charles Schwab Women’s Collegiate Invitational; Oregon’s Kiara Romero takes home the individual title.
Stanford University captured the team championship at the 2026 Charles Schwab Women's Collegiate Invitational, finishing atop one of the strongest fields in women's college golf at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas. Oregon's Kiara Romero, the world's top ranked amateur, earned individual medalist honors, finishing five under par to win by five strokes.
Hosted by TCU and held March 23–24, the 54 hole stroke play event brought together many of the nation's top NCAA programs for two days of competition on a historic championship course. While Romero led the field individually, Stanford entered the final round trailing the leaders before rallying to secure the victory, continuing its reputation as one of the sport's most consistently dominant programs.
