About the survey
Schwab’s RIA Benchmarking Study is the leading study in the industry— 971 advisory firms participated in the compensation portion of the 2022 study, representing 80% of those who participated overall (1,218 firms). Data was collected from January to March 2022 on over 13,500 employees across 27 roles typically found at RIAs.
