Chris leads Schwab’s communications and public engagement to protect and enhance the firm’s reputation. He oversees corporate and employee communications, public relations, crisis and issues management, community services, and social media. He also serves as President and Chair of the Charles Schwab Foundation.
Chris previously held leadership roles at Whirlpool, PepsiCo, and Kimberly-Clark, driving strategies to engage clients, employees, media, and stakeholders. He holds an MBA from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
