2022 ETFs and Beyond Study
The Schwab Asset Management ETF Study is a survey of the attitudes and activity of ETF investors. This year's study shows that appetite for ETFs remains strong and is growing.
Key Findings
- ETF investors continue to view ETFs as a key part of their portfolios, with 80% saying ETFs are their vehicle of choice.
- ETFs now make up 33% of ETF investor portfolios.
- ETF investors have continued investing in ETFs despite this year’s turbulent markets and foresee the product making up a larger share of their portfolios in the future. At the same time, they are also interested in exploring investing options that allow them to personalize their portfolios.
