Mike is responsible for Schwab’s treasury, controller, and investor relations functions, as well as financial planning and analysis. 

Mike is a seasoned executive with extensive experience leading financial operations. Prior to joining Schwab in 2024, he was Treasurer of Citigroup, where he spent over 30 years. During his tenure at Citigroup, Mike held leadership positions in finance, treasury, and product with increasing levels of responsibility at the firm, including previously serving as Treasurer, Chief Investment Officer, and Head of Rates Portfolio Management. 

Mike earned his bachelor’s and MBA from Iona University.  He serves on the Iona University Advisory Council and is actively engaged in charitable work for orphans.
