  • Americans say it takes an average net worth of $2.2 million to be considered wealthy, but among the 48% of Americans who feel wealthy today, the average net worth is $560,000.
  • Non-financial assets like good health, fulfilling relationships and career flexibility resonate far more when defining wealth than having large sums of money.
  • Americans say how they measure up to their social circle can also impact how wealthy they feel, and many find themselves comparing lifestyles on social media.
